RETURN POLICY — Liz & Tara

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, absolutely.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The order still contains all original parts, components, and packaging as received.

  • Only normal handling of the product is visible; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

  • Products requiring hygienic handling must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

  • We are entitled to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Send an email to: info.liztara@gmail.com

Include the following information:

  1. Order number

  2. Reason for return

  3. Photo of the product (in case of breakage or defect)

  4. Customer’s first and last name

  5. Customer’s address

Once your request is received, we will provide you with the correct return address.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Do not send your return to the sender's address.
We will share the correct return location after you contact us.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.


⭐ Liz & Tara — Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions if they are natural persons entering into a legal transaction for purposes unrelated to commercial or professional activity.


A. Cancellation Conditions — Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), received the goods.

Because our system is fully automated, orders are executed immediately after being placed.
Therefore, we cannot stop or cancel shipping once the order has begun processing.
A refund can only be issued after we receive the returned goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Liz & Tara) of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., email).
The cancellation is complete once the returned goods have been received by us.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.


Record for Shipments in Transit

Our goods are shipped from Asia, which can result in longer transit times that are outside of our control.

If your order is already on its way to you, cancellation is not possible.
Please wait until your order arrives, then return it to us following the return instructions.

You may inform us of your intention to withdraw in advance so we can prepare for a faster processing.

For the quickest handling, please send us a shipping confirmation once you have posted the return.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you excluding delivery costs (and excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a shipping method other than our standard option).

Refunds will be made within 14 days from the day we receive:

  • Your withdrawal notice and

  • The returned goods

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not be charged any additional fees for this refund.
